About Us
RGT is a platform that aims to offer young refugees the opportunity to express and develop their talents in music, dance, poetry, modelling, drama, and more. In 2019 the first edition of the International Refugees Arts Festival was organized at Nakivale Refugee Settlement, through which the participants gained a bigger recognition and acknowledgement in the community and a platform for showing their talents. The festival also promotes cultural exchange between locals and refugees with different cultures, which helps to integrate refugees into local communities.
The next edition of the annual International Refugees Global Arts festival will take place in November 2021 – be part of it and experience the great talents of Ugandan refugees!
Refugees Global Talent emerged from Unleashed (Potentials in Motion).
